Tactical Upload: an alternative to training

The asynchronous weapon

As prior metaphysical evaluations have demonstrated, acknowledging the innately de-subjectifying properties of the Outside allows for a new perspective of phenomenology. The intrusion of the Outside through communication, purposeful geography, intentional linguistic crypto-magic and intensified everyday experience, provides a new environment that concerns defense and warfare. Most critically, the perspective of a linear order of warfare, which can be broadly characterized as: (1): The beginning of war; mobilization, (2): The logistical and tactical gaining of overall advantage, (3): The domination of the enemy; conclusion, is no longer taken as a whole narrative. The enhanced dialectic of ontological Outsideness, where Things are explicitly de-severed, therefore breaks down the dual or tri-natural order of sequencing. The adaptive horizon, therefore, for a force which wishes to utilize effective crypto-time travel, is to fully develop a new, asynchronous weapon. Such a weapon comes as an alternative to traditional Old Aeon methodology of warfare executed via physical means of tactical edge. In its place, the physicality is adapted to subjectivity engineering, fast deployment and the phase-out of traditional logistics.

Ontological Outsideness we define as the mode or attunement of Being which acts the dialectical opposite of the Inside or the Thing of observation. The Outside is therefore that which is symbolically the Other, and cannot be smoothly incorporated into the Inside being-in-the-World.

Several situations prove that significant tactical weakness of the modern military force is the inability to respond to surprising situations, large maneuver and cybernetic informatics. The speed of a coming conflict has increased, on average; from the modern form Blitzkrieg, as first developed by the German Reich, and has taken the form of an ultra-mobile maneuver of mechanized infantry. This has sped up the response needed to counter a fast advance aimed at decapitating leadership and coordinating infrastructure. The role of mobilization and traditional conscription has therefore been weakened in the initial opening stages of conflict. Large structures necessary for the massing of a sizable force may be compromised, which can have a scaling factor in the deterring of the enemy. This is furthered by the role of information and the fast locationing of military targets, which can prove to be a critical and war-deciding factor. To combat the modern Blitz; a new weapon must be developed; one which can rewrite the code of warfare according to notions of narrative fragmentation and the de-mobilization of space and time. Space and time therefore become civilian assets.

Even in the absence of maneuver warfare, in positional war characterized by attrition, the modern soldier is simply too costly. The overall amount of equipment deployed per soldier is simply too great for a potentially expendable asset in a an attritional war. The role of drones, as demonstrated in the Ukrainian-Russian War furthers the potential wastefulness of assets being eliminated via cheap unmanned equipment. The investment cost per unit is therefore very large compared to the investment cost of the unmanned drone. This proves that the New Aeonic weapon is one which has an effect of totalizing the new evolution of war; as it is something that operates Outside the traditional mechanism, firmly utilizing the Outside in the formation of new strategic doctrines. We can give this new weaponizing concept the term: The Asynchronous Weapon

Demobilizing Time

We observe the first element of the Asynchronous Weapon: time. The first step is acknowledging that there is no time in war. There is no time to train units, craft weaponry in response to the situation and no time to deploy troops in traditional military formations. Instead, we look to a sorcery which looks to the future. Here units can be trained and made ready, and they can be kept secret so that in the event of conflict they can be activated in such a way that is comparable to time travel; our new soldiers come in from the future we desire, and deploy them to the needed present. The New Weapon exploits cracks in the timeline, aiming to maintain strategic readiness in all time-forms: from training units in the future, to making spec-ops type operation in the past to strengthen capability.

The demobilization of time allows for the strategic inversion of linguistic and semantic forms in a manner beneficial to the conduct of invasion. The competition is no longer a competition of strength, but a competition of weakness. The possibility of stationing units all across time therefore makes it possible for the total absence of aggressive or even defensive posturing. The disbandment of the military in the present allows for a surprise, in which units from all timelines simply “spawn in” as it were. That maps on neatly onto the image of the modern Neo-levy. The past as it were comes back into view; the medieval image of the levied peasant is one which is uniquely reactivated in the New Aeon. The soldier is therefore an ordinary person, who, almost untrained comes into play as an agent of spontaneous resistance.

In short, the image of the future soldier-unit is one of the untrained techno-partisan.

The Tactical Upload (TacLoad)

We have therefore roughly described the context to the New Asynchronous Weapon and how its main task rests upon the new metaphysics of the Century. But what actually is the main method of applying the new doctrine to reality? The answer rests in the Tactical Upload, or TacLoad. Simply put, instead of a material basis for the readiness of military units, there is an inherent metaphysical or even simply mental basis. Given that time and space are no longer military assets, it is only logical that the way to create humanoid-military units is to impart knowledge in itself instead of a physical training ground. Such a mobilization would be akin to a subjectification engine; one which feeds inputs in order to generate a new subjective structure. In principle, this is exactly aligned with our ontology of an Outside, given that in scenarios where the Inside can be access the Outside, this can manifest as either traumatic or quasi-shamanic experience. Trauma by itself can take the efficient role of an engine subjectivity.

The working question therefore is one of a methodology of imparting trauma-training. Once again, physicality is out of the question since it is bound by Space, therefore simply beating your soldier of the future is waste of time which spirals quickly into losing the war. Instead we can focus on the natural mechanisms of the human brain which can act in a similar manner: dreaming. Dreaming has been described as a “healthy psychosis”, which acts as a secondary consciousness, where subjectivity is free to run with no inputs form the outside “wakeful” realm. Dreaming in our case would not be traditional dreaming with personal stimulus, rather it is a deliberate attempt of manipulating the experiences of subjectification to aid the potential expansion of military power. The synthetic dream is a combinational cocktail of physical stimulation of the human body and the complex chemical voodoo psychoactive stimulants, artificial bio-molecules and the synthetic nutritional foods of synth-sludge.

In the following, we will look at in detail the methods of imparting complex traumas that teach military tactics and knowledge on humanoid military units. An important note is that there is a clear distinction arising between a more primitive version of the TacLoad and an advanced version. This is due to the inherent ontological complexity of total de-materialization and deterritorialization. A total removal of the material would violate the notion of humanoid; given that the humanoid has a shape, a body and a time-reference. The first humanoid in the TacLoad would be in TacLoad v.1, where there is still a spatial and temporal investment, one which is simply necessary for the appearances of war itself on the Earth. The advantage of TacLoad v.1 still remains: it greatly reduces the Temporal and Material investments and gives a first-look, beta-version type access to a fully time-travelling military.

TacLoad v.1

TacLoad v.1 is the first version of efficient, weaponized time-travel. As we have previously sketched out; its primary function is to be the bridge enabling the the fast deployment across temporal and material sequences. No longer is there future, present and past, instead there are informational entropies prevailing across all three. That specific entropic force is TacLoad. TacLoad functions on the basis of subjectivity engineering, aiming to move away from training, in the classic sense of a training ground. The general staff instead rely on direct austerity, reducing the structures in a Thatcherite manner to make the act of training a solely subjective experience, personalized to the Humanoid Military Unit, just like the personalized neo-liberal healthcare insurance package. We may say that TacLoad is the simplest possible insurance package for the modern military; it is rather primitive in comparison to the most advanced possible version. Nevertheless, it still rewrites the game, changes the rules and brings on a new shift.

The bridge-mechanism of TacLoad is achieved primarily through dreams, in the manner of sonotraumatics. Its gives and induces trauma, independent of negativity or positivity. Trauma here is conceived as a primary shift in a system, one which allows for the revision of previous code and programming. This is ideal in the training of units, as the civilian life proves as ineffective code. We can conceptualize TacLoad as a system of dream-induced accelerated cognitive processing. Why dreams in particular? If we go back to our ontology briefly discussed here and in other articles, we can decisively see that there is a polarity in given systems: you are living, because you are not dead and you are human because you are not-inhuman. Dreaming and being awake are positioned in opposite directions in our dialectic and a resolution can come at a given point in time and still persist. Such a temporary incorporation of the other side (Outside); in our case primary and secondary consciousness, can be seen as a traumatic emergence of lucid dreaming. TacLoad therefore is the system of holes; of informational interactions that produce a lucid-like dreaming, which allows for the permanence of concept that feels ever so personal.

The procedure would look something like this: you take a person onto a bed or gurney, ideally is some medical environment and then you begin telling them a kind of bed-time story. Instead of the usual children’s story its more akin to a medically induced coma. First, you would ask the person a question in regards to their personal, Oedipal life: “Have you been oppressed by your father?, Do you dream of the penis, or the genitals?”. Based on their response you would tell them the narrative of their subconscious-one which is personal, yet still appropriated by the sterile and foreign. The idea is to give them something to act on with the purpose of a reappropriation or reposition by the Other to them. Then you would deliver a shot of Acetylcholine via an IV-drip. This will take them to dream-land in no time. Symbols may be used, such as numbers, letters or words right before the transition into secondary consciousness. Such can be a signification of the process itself, delivering the incision into Outsideness. Further stimulators, such as advanced touch-sensitive weight devices can further the subjectification effects-with the right tuning of course. For instance, an added weight can induce a theme of drowning, or of a hostile aerial environment. TacLoad is the efficient application of significance itself, for it a an engine of signs, symbolization, incorporation and absorption of Outsideness into the the Inside. Near-death experiences, harsh bright-light type events are only controlled side-effects, intended for a more immersive experience.

TacLoad v.2

Version 2 is the full deal-efficient mobilization with an efficient necromancy. Raising the dead who were killed in the present allows for the ultimate tactical deception. No bed, no dreaming, simply controlling subjectivity itself. Its engine is no longer the humanoid, instead it is a fully de-materialized mass of conscious daydreaming. Its method is the virtual digital internet, instead of a skull of a recently hanged man, as the Lesser Key would suggest. This is the full realm of uncertainty, the Fully Outside we can conceptualize. For someone who wields such a weapon of Asynchornicity, the war would be an alien invasion.
